Terms and Conditions: FAQ

CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS

If your need to make changes or cancel your appointment please give at least 48 hours notice. If less than 48 hours is given or you fail to turn up you will be charged the full price of the groom.

LATE ARRIVAL

If you are running late to your appointment please let me know. In the event that you are more than 15 minutes late, I may be unable to offer a full groom service.

LATE COLLECTION

Please make sure you are able to collect your dog at the requested time. If you are more than 30 minutes late for collection there will be a £10 charge.

MATTED COATS

If your dog's coat is matted there will be de-matting charge added to the overall cost of the groom.

MEDICAL ISSUES

In the unfortunate event that your dog requires medical attention whilst under my care and I am unable to contact you, I will seek emergency veterinary treatment which will be at your cost.

AGRESSIVE DOGS

I reserve the right to refuse to groom any dog if I believe it may cause injury to itself or myself.

FLEAS

Please do not bring your dog to us if you are aware they have fleas. If we discover your dog has fleas throughout the groom you may be asked to collect them before the groom is completed. There will also be a £15 charge added to the overall cost of the groom to cover the cost of flea treatments required to clean the studio.
